Upon successful completion of the 2025 season, this role could evolve into a group assistant Chef role reporting to the Group Executive Chef with oversights in the Maldives, India, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Bali Indonesia.
Short listed candidates will pose the following strengths:
- Team Player, this is a Hands on Cooking Chef Position.
- Strong Leadership Skills.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Passion for working with seasonal farm to table cuisine, especially highlighting the bounty of produce from Cornwall and local fisherman with direct seafoods & farmers across the Islands
- Proven track record of job stability.
- Previous seasonal work experience, especially remote locations.
- Good communication skills.
- Have a positive pro-active can do approach to daily chef life!
