Are you a dynamic, driven individual with a passion for sales and business development? We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the business strategy forward by developing new business opportunities and maintaining key relationships.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage both existing sales pipelines and new business opportunities.
  • Design and implement innovative sales and marketing proposals to generate growth.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs, responding proactively to maximise opportunities.
  • Work closely with our stores and call centres to leverage inbound enquiries for business growth.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of potential Regional and National Accounts through research and databases.
  • Manage key national accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular engagements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Chambers of Commerce.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, meeting with managers and stakeholders to discuss and refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional and area managers to address any issues or opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales within a multi-site retail environment.
  • A natural ability for business development, with a knack for building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong planning, prioritisation, and diary management skills.
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset, always on the lookout for new opportunities.
  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities, combined with a proactive approach to solving challenges.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A full driving licence and own transport are essential.
