Sales Manager – Drive Membership Growth and Sales SuccessLocation: Isleworth, Greater LondonJob Type: Interim with the possibility of extensionSalary: £18-£19 per hour  About the Role:4Leisure is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to join the Sales and Retention team at a leading leisure facility in Isleworth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving membership growth and leading the sales strategy. You will inspire and manage a high-performing team to exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is an interim position with potential for extension based on performance.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new members and increase revenue.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and secure long-term memberships.
  • Manage inquiries and bookings with speed, professionalism, and a focus on conversion.
  • Deliver engaging tours and consultations to showcase the facility’s benefits to potential members.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute successful sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with reception and customer service teams to ensure a seamless sales process.

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, with a focus on exceeding revenue and membership targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in coaching and managing high-performing sales teams.
