Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Manage and support a team of early years practitioners, promoting best practices in childcare
  • Ensure the nursery meets Ofsted standards and all safeguarding requirements
  • Develop and deliver engaging early years programs to support children's learning and development
  • Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and staff
  • Handle administrative tasks, including staff rotas, budgets, and compliance
What We're Looking For:
  • Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Childcare, Early Years, or related field
  • Proven experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding policies, and early years frameworks
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A passion for providing outstanding early years education and care
