- Lead the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Manage and support a team of early years practitioners, promoting best practices in childcare
- Ensure the nursery meets Ofsted standards and all safeguarding requirements
- Develop and deliver engaging early years programs to support children's learning and development
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and staff
- Handle administrative tasks, including staff rotas, budgets, and compliance
- Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Childcare, Early Years, or related field
- Proven experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding policies, and early years frameworks
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A passion for providing outstanding early years education and care
