In the role, you will collaborate with the Preconstruction Director to develop value-engineered solutions that meet client requirements. You will handle concept design and tendering from inception to securing work, provide exceptional customer service, prepare competitive quotations, manage project risks, and maintain and grow client relationships by presenting aligned solutions and services.
This role would suit Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer looking to join a pioneering company dedicated to the restoration of historical buildings and underground basements who will provide full comprehensive training to help you grow into senior/management.
The Role:
- Develop designs for piles, retaining walls, and temporary works.
- Prepare quotations and provide handover information to Operations.
- Manage workload, prioritize tasks, and maintain CRM data.
The Person:
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Based in South West London
- 1st in a Civil/Structural Engineering or similar qualification
