We’re thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a Site Maintenance Officer to join a reputable car dealership group. If you’re handy and enjoy a variety of tasks, this role is for you!

Position Details:
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Main Duties:
As a Site Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for essential maintenance tasks, including:
- General Maintenance: Keep our outdoor areas pristine with gardening and weeding.
- Carpentry Works: Handle minor carpentry tasks like flat pack assembly and shelf installations, while seeking advice on more complex issues.
- Decorating Duties: Conduct painting and minor repairs to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Plumbing Tasks: Address basic plumbing issues, such as changing washers and clearing drainage blockages, while knowing when to seek advice on more complex problems.
- Office Refurbishments: Assist in moving furniture and equipment during refurbishments to ensure smooth operations.
- Guttering Maintenance: Clean and repair guttering on the exterior of buildings to prevent water damage.
What We’re Looking For:
- Practical experience in maintenance, handyman work, or a similar role.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to tackle diverse tasks.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and gardening.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
