MIS Co-Ordinator is need to be based near Isleworth. My client who specialises in the Education Sector arelooking for someone to join them on an on-going contract.

Key Duties:

- Supervise the day to day running of the MIS team, including management of co-ordinating and prioritising the daily workload for the MIS Team.

- Take the lead on Student Record database (ProSolution) training for all users.

- Meet regularily with the directors, curriculum & quality team managers to check the accuracy of student data.

- Maintain the course file ensuring all queries are satisfactorily resolved, to include setting up groups and tuition fees.

Other General MIS Duties:

- Ensure that all student data entered into the Student Record database is in accordance with ILR guidnce.

- Resposible for ensuring all subcontractor enrolments are accurately recorded and in compliance with funding guidelines.

- Work with the Head of MIS to deliver training to all staff on MIS systems.

- Supervise, train and support temporary staff

- Provide advice and support to teaching and support staff on accessing student data using the Student Record database.
