We are currently seeking a dedicated Public Services Lecturer available to start as soon as possible. The role involves teaching students in a post 16 education setting.

Public Services Lecturer

  • Job Type: Part-time

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Hours: up to 20 hours pw

Day-to-day of the role of a Public Services Lecturer :

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students.
  • Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
  • Provide feedback to students to aid in their learning and development.
  • Maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications for the English Lecturer post:

  • A recognised teaching qualification in the relevant subject(s).
  • Experience teaching GCSE English, and Maths if applicable.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Must possess a current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be prepared to apply for a new one.
