We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout project execution
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Carry out and record toolbox talks and safety alerts and complete site inspection, and site diaries.
  • Conduct accident investigations to both company and client time scales and report all incidents to Managing Director
  • Ensure a proactive approach to HSE requirements, ensuring staff have the correct PPE, it is used as required and is in good order.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that Company QEHS guidelines are adhered to at all times and that near misses and all incidents are reported in accordance with the guidelines.
  • Asist with the company achieving all QEHS objectives.
  • Ensure high QEHS standards are implemented and met at all times.
  • Report project status and financial performance to senior management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Water industry
  • HND in Engineering (BEng or BSc preferred)
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
  • Experience in on-site engineering projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
