We have a fantastic opportunity for the role of Platform Controller at the country's premier Television Broadcaster.

The role is perfectly suited for a fresh IT related graduate or someone new to Service Desk / 1st Line support related roles.

We are looking for an extremely driven, articulate British Citizen (Or no Visa restrictions) with perfect English fluency.

The role is 5 days a week in the offices in West London, so you will likely need to be based in West London.

Responsibilities:

The timely detection of defects impacting Live, App & On Demand content on all of the business's Video Platforms in order to guarantee our customers and partners a world class content experience.
Key Participant in Event Management process, Event Centres, Launch Control Centres & Support of large Changes.
Working in coordination with Group PCC Service Operations, Support Teams & Content Partners help drive the resolution of live incidents and play an active role in Problem Management & Continual Improvement.
Deliver scalable and flexible support to the Group Platform Controller teams (agnostic of territory) during Peak Demand, European Night Shift, Late Absence and Product Launches and Important Content Moments
