A fantastic mainstream Primary School, in Isleworth, is looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to support across all classes, working 1:1 with children with additional needs. If you are looking to further your career in education, this is the perfect role for you! Please know, this is a full time role, from Monday to Friday 08:30am to 4 pm
Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant is required and you must have Significant skills, training and experience in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs especially Autism, Speech & Language and significant Social and Emotional needs
The Role:
- Support children on a 1:1 capacity and/or in small groups as a Primary School Teaching Assistant
- Assist in children's early development and growth
- Support children with additional needs when required to help them feel comfortable
- Work alongside colleagues to help create a fun, safe and stimulating learning environment for pupils and staff as a Primary School Teaching Assistant
- Support teacher with preparing classroom materials as a Primary School Teaching Assistant
Requirements:
- Available to work 08:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
- Prior experience working with children is preferable, but you must have previous experience with children in some capacity
- Passionate about working with children as a Primary School Teaching Assistant
- Already have or willing to apply for a Child Only enhanced DBS
- Either live in Isleworth or within a commutable distance
