Staffline is recruiting an Account Manager in Isleworth, London.

The rate of pay is £32000 per annum + bonus and company car!

Working hours are Monday to Friday.

Your Time at Work

As an Account Manager, you will join the high-performing account management team to focus on managing customer relationships and exceeding regional sales.
Out on the road you will manage your diary and produce business plans for your customers portfolios whilst constantly seeking new opportunities, you will be responsible for regular account reviews.

Your duties will include:
- Work with the wider business you will resolve client issues, and negotiate deals whilst managing your portfolio of customers ensuring your portfolio grows.
- Monitor sales performance and activity levels and produce monthly reports detailing key result areas, maintain price files advising customers of any price increases, manage expectations, and ensure the business is maintained.
- Focusing on customer satisfaction is key to your success, as it drives customer care and anticipates their needs.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be an outgoing individual with a drive to succeed. You will have excellent influencing and negotiation skills, initiative and motivation, and excellent diary management skills.

A full clean driving license is a must alongside a proven and demonstrable career in sales/customer service.

Experience in a similar role is required.
