SEN Teacher Assistant - Full Time - West London - October Start

We are currently recruiting for an ambitious, dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher Assistant to join a special needs school based in West London. This school specialises in using unique teaching techniques to better suit each individuals needs and help them to reach their full potential, in and outside of school.

Your responsibilities as a SEN Teacher Assistant will include -

  • Be responsible for the safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
  • Know, implement and actively contribute to the development of risk assessments and plans (can be related to learning, medical care, positive behaviour support) and report concerns when necessary.
  • Contribute and support to the overall vision, values and continual improvement of the college
  • Actively consider using a range of appropriate, motivating, age respectfulness resources.
