- Oversee day-to-day poolside operations with a focus on health and safety.
- Manage lifeguard teams, schedules, and wet side activities, including galas and holiday camps.
- Act as the Duty Manager for the leisure centre, handling operational needs and customer queries.
- Conduct regular pool hygiene and safety checks, coordinate maintenance, and manage pool plant operations.
- Respond to health and safety incidents and safeguarding issues, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing queries and complaints professionally.
- Experience in wet side operations within the leisure sector and previous supervisory experience.
- A strong understanding of Health & Safety practices, with the ability to implement regulations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to motivate and lead a dedicated team.
- Hold or are working towards a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
- Have or are aiming for a First Aid at Work Qualification.
- Hold or are working towards a Pool Plant Operator Qualification.
