My client are a reputable main contractor who are looking for a Contract Manager to join their team in London! Projects range from large new build and refurbishment residential schemes. Their sustained growth makes this a very exciting time to join! (PERM)

Ideal candidate:

Duties include:

  • Taking responsibility for target programmes.
  • Visiting sites every week/ 2 weeks ensuring projects are being ran to a high quality, on time, within budget and processes are being followed.
  • Working closely with the health & safety department to ensure best practice is being achieved.
  • Working with the quality manager to ensure projects are being ran to a high level of compliance.
