Responsibilities:
- Advising on all aspects of wills, probate, estate administration and trusts.
Required experience:
- Solid knowledge in advising on all aspects of wills, probate, estate administration and trusts.
- Expertise in deputyship and court of protection work is advantageous but not essential.
- Managing your own caseload
- STEP accreditation
