Duties of this role will be to;
Possess excellent technical knowledge of BMS systems for commercial / communal heating systems.
Ability to design and implement BMS strategies Ideally possess a formal qualification in BMS , Engineering Control Systems Possess an ability to manage existing BMS platform and generate daily BMS management reports.
Ability to manage projects relating to communal heating , low carbon mechanical installations, Understanding of heat networks and manage works of this nature. Ability to write technical reports relevant to the role.
Ability to creatively solve engineering design and maintenance related problems.
Possess excellent project management / contract administration skills in order to plan, programme and deliver projects on time and agreed budget.
