An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Specialist to join a leading multi-discipline construction and engineering firm on a fixed-term contract. This role sits within a collaborative and dynamic payroll team and requires hands-on experience with COINS software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing high-volume, complex, and manual payrolls from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Managing all payroll-related tasks through to year-end, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Handling statutory deductions, pensions, and payroll queries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identifying and supporting process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Working closely with finance, HR, and operational teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
