What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a team managing temporary accommodation placements
- Ensure compliance with housing legislation and safeguarding policies
- Work closely with landlords and accommodation providers to maintain quality housing options
- Support residents with advice, guidance, and pathways into permanent housing
