Job Title: Class 2 HGV Driver

Rates of Pay:
- Day Rate: £18* per hour
- Night Rate: £19* per hour
- Employment Type: PAYE drivers only
Job Overview
We are looking for skilled and dependable Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our team, working on a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern with additional days available as required. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods, supported by comprehensive training and a strong team environment.
Key Job Details:
- Shift Start Times: 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM
- Guaranteed Pay: Minimum 8 hours per shift (shifts often exceed this).
- AVG Pay: Typically between 12 - 15 hours per day.
- Training: Full induction and training provided.
- Equipment: Full PPE supplied.
- Vehicle Requirements: No ADR license needed; experience with water tankers not required as training is provided.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

Experience:
- A minimum of 12 months of Class 2 HGV driving experience within the UK.

Licensing & Documentation:
- A valid UK Driving Licence, Driver CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card.
- A clean driving record with no major endorsements and no more than 6 penalty points.

Personal Qualities:
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules.
- Friendly and professional with excellent customer service skills.
- Able to attend inductions and start at short notice.
