As a Network Consultant you'll play a key role in helping our clients customers achieve a rapid return on their infrastructure investment while enhancing network performance and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
? Provide technical support to the sales team to secure new business
? Offer SME-level technical consultancy during project delivery
? Design and plan network architectures tailored to customer needs
? Implement security solutions to safeguard critical infrastructure
? Optimise network routing policies for efficiency and performance
? Lead project implementation, migrations, and technical documentation (HLD/LLD)
? Conduct PoC & TAT (Type Approval Testing)
? Develop and execute migration strategies
? Deliver engaging customer demonstrations (in-person & remote)
? Use network discovery tools to provide assessments and reports
? Enhance automation and orchestration tools for increased efficiency
What We Look For:
Qualifications:
?? Degree level or equivalent experience
?? JNCIA/JNCIS/JNCIP/JNCIE or NSE 6/7/8 certifications
?? SD-WAN certifications (Aruba SilverPeak & Fortinet preferred)
Experience & Skills:
?? Hands-on experience with Juniper or Cisco switches/routers and security design
?? Expertise in deploying BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, LDP, RSVP, L2VPN, and L3VPN
?? Strong understanding of SD-WAN vendors (preferably Aruba SilverPeak & Fortinet)
?? Experience with network automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Cisco NSO)
?? Solid grasp of data centre networking, SDN, and NFV
?? Experience with SD-Branch, wireless & SASE solutions
?? API programming & integration experience
?? Knowledge of network monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., ScienceLogic or similar)
?? Competence in using network test equipment (preferably IXIA)
