Role Overview:

The firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of high-quality commercial property transactions, working with a diverse portfolio of clients including businesses, developers, and investors. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to manage complex matters independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
  • Advising clients on a broad range of commercial property matters, ensuring tailored and practical solutions.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, lease agreements, and other related documentation.
  • Conducting due diligence, including title investigations, searches, and report writing.
  • Liaising with clients, surveyors, and other third parties to ensure smooth progress on transactions.
  • Providing ongoing support and legal advice to clients on commercial property law matters.
  • Keeping up-to-date with relevant legislation, case law, and industry developments.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A qualified Solicitor with 3+ years of PQE in commercial property law (strong candidates with slightly less or more experience will be considered).
  • Proven experience managing a range of commercial property transactions.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong client-facing skills with a focus on providing exceptional client care.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work 5 days in the office to be fully immersed in the firm’s culture and client relationships.
