Salary: £43,000

Shift: 4 on 2 off shift rota covering early and late shifts, averaging 40 hours per week.

Skills required for the Job Production Manager:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be involved in, amongst other things:

  • Leading, developing, and motivating the site production team (Key Ops and Team Leaders), to ensure we have a positive and engaged workforce, including ensuring training has been completed and regular performance reviews are conducted, to reach and exceed KPIs.
  • Planning shifts to meet budgets, and handling absences in line with absence policy.
  • Maximising the service, cost, and quality performance of the site operations, by continually reviewing performance, and exploring opportunities to improve.
  • Introducing and delivering productivity improvements, promoting increased efficiencies, service, and quality performance, in line with KPI and budgetary requirements.
  • Liaising with customer services to deal with queries and requests.
  • Maintaining standards, including quality, health and safety, hygiene and housekeeping.
