What You'll Do:
- Manage & Improve Systems: Oversee our in-house intranet, Learning Management System, and HR platform, making sure they meet our evolving needs.
- Support Operations: Implement production templates, help with budgets, and assist in buying and coordination tasks.
- Ensure Safety & Efficiency: Develop and maintain our Health & Safety and Inventory audit systems.
- Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with team members and leaders to prioritize projects, manage expectations, and drive technology solutions.
- Plan & Deliver: Create and execute technology plans, gather feedback from users, and design user-friendly interfaces.
What You Bring:
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, experience with digital change management, Airtable, and technology reporting.
- Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to make decisive decisions.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with a focus on delivering results.
- Proactive Approach: Enthusiastic, driven and self-motivated
