The CEO & Founder of a growing entrepreneurial business in the heart of Berkshire is looking for Personal PA for their Wholesale Beauty business & the CEO's personal affairs. They business provide Beauty products into Retail, ecommerce and Pharmacies. The reason why this business is amazing, is because they have a flat structure which will enable immense progression & for someone who needs to keep busy - this role certainly will! The Chairman is one of the most successful beauty entrepreneurs of 2025 based on the Times successful Entrepreneurs, so you can imagine his personal affairs and business affairs will keep you busy.

We want to make the role clear, 80% will be a PERSONAL PA to the CEO and there will be a small amount of business PA duties. You will need to have had experience in being a Personal PA and not just a business PA as the duties will be very different!

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm in the Office - Office: Buckinghamshire.
Occasional evening duties may be needed and occasional weekends when needed but the main bulk of the role is Monay-Friday.

What you will be doing:

*Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures.
*Manage diary by scheduling, prioritising, and managing appointments, communication
*with clients and suppliers and documentation for meetings.
*Liaising with others on behalf of the CEO including staff, suppliers, and clients
*Maintain effective communication and working relationships with stakeholders at
operational level, Senior management team and key internal and external stakeholders.
*Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation - Business and personal
travel.
*Managing home bills, payments and ensuring up to date policies for vehicles and the
arrangement of maintenance of both household and private properties/assets
*Organising meetings, appointments, and events as necessary
*Organising refreshments or meals as directed for customers, suppliers and personal
engagements.
Attending meetings and accurately taking notes
*Collating and filing expenses on behalf of the CEO
*Organising orders and communicating effectively with the business operations
*Communicating customer feedback on a timely and accurate basis
*Basic sales analysis on Excel/Sage
*Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
*Preparation for tenders by using Sage/Excel

*You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment as it is a growing business that is growing at a FAST rate
*YOU MUST BE ORGANISED!
*You must be able to work with a fast-paced CEO, who has a lot of personal matters that will be needing to be organised, from Family Admin, Car Insurance, Property matters, and the list will go on! Hence why experience in dealing with Personal Admin is very important
