- Promptly and efficiently handle technical and sales inquiries via telephone and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Coordinate with customers, internal departments, and third parties regarding product availability, delivery times, and other relevant details.
- Attend UK trade shows as required.
- Process sales orders as demand dictates.
- Provide both written and verbal quotations.
- Follow up on leads and previous quotations.
- Assist with marketing campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software and ERP systems (ERP system training will be provided).
- Technical skills with a sales focus.
- Previous experience in business-to-business sales and/or technical support.
- Background in engineering.
