Role Overview:

  • As an IFA, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including existing clients and new prospects.
  • We’re open to applications from experienced IFAs as well as trainees or junior advisors.
  • Collaborate with our team of four directors, administrative staff, and paraplanners who provide essential support.
  • Utilise their efficient back-office systems and cutting-edge research tools to enhance your productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients, considering their unique needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Provide tailored advice on investments, pensions, insurance, and estate planning.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
  • Contribute to business growth by acquiring new clients and meeting performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as an IFA (Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • A proactive approach to business development and client acquisition.
