Job Title: Host Manager
Start Date: Late March 2025
Salary: up to £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Reporting to: Hotel Manager
Location: Fowlescombe Farm, Ugborough, Devon, PL21 0HW

Opening in Spring 2025, our 10 spacious suites enjoy expansive views, generous living spaces and most have private outside spaces.

Key Responsibilities of our Host Manager:
- As a Host Manager you will be our leading figure that supports, assists and guides all team members in a positive way and promotes teamwork, cooperation and learning every day.
- The Host Manager works closely with the Chef team to deliver a knowledgeable, professional, interactive and fun experience.
- You will manage resources for special events and promotions as needed.
- Make sure clear communication is maintained between all departments.
- Providing a courteous & friendly service to all guests and follow procedures for handling any guest feedback or complaints.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Hotel Manager.
What you bring:
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Accuracy & professionalism
- A passion for sustainable ways of working, travelling and dining and an ability to lead innovations & enhancements of the farms sustainability ethos.
- A hands-on, can-do approach and energy.
- Full Driving license
- Being observant and practical
- Possessing a keen eye for detail
