Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a solid background in reporting to join the team on a fixed term contract until December 2025.
As the Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between the Global Service Desk and the IT Service Management team, playing a critical part in delivering regular reports on IT function metrics and supporting workflows and documentation.
Key responsibilities as the Business Analyst:
- Develop high-level process flows and facilitate solution design for business systems.
- Effectively integrate systems and business processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Adopt a customer-focused approach to ensure that changes deliver tangible value to the business.
- Lead all aspects of the reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Create, implement, and maintain a report depository to provide data and analytics to senior teams in a timely manner.
- Implement and manage a reporting schedule that aligns with the business needs, adapting to varying demands and handling ad-hoc requests as required.
- Analyse key performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with commercial and reporting disciplines to ensure reporting quality aligns with company standards.
- Provide exceptional expertise in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Key Skills and experience required as the Business Analyst:
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyse complex data and deliver meaningful insights.
