We are seeking a Fabrication and Welding based Mechanical Engineering Lecturer to join our dedicated team. This role involves planning and delivering level 1 to level 3 Fabrication and Welding to groups of learners with varying abilities. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and includes desk and preparation time.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in a group setting.
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs and interests of learners.
  • Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, progress, and assessments.
  • Participate in curriculum development activities and staff meetings as required.
