Support Worker - Learning Disabilities & Mental Health

Location: Jarrow, South TynesideSalary: Up to £13.50 per hour - £27,000 per year equivalent

The Role:Provide person-centred support to individuals, promoting independence and wellbeing.Assist with personal care, daily living skills, and access to social, leisure, and work opportunities.Support individuals in managing their tenancies and finances.Encourage self-esteem, confidence, and participation in community life.Work within agreed care plans, supporting individuals with challenging behaviours where required.
