A leading business recovery and financial advisory firm is seeking a motivated Junior Insolvency Administrator to join our Jersey office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to develop a strong foundation in the insolvency field and gain exposure to a range of corporate restructuring cases.

About the Role:

As a Junior Insolvency Administrator, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, assisting in managing insolvency cases from start to finish, including liquidations, administrations, and voluntary arrangements. This position will involve providing administrative support, preparing reports, and maintaining communication with creditors and stakeholders, all while gaining valuable insights into the insolvency process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the management of corporate and personal insolvency cases.
  • Preparing statutory documents and reports.
  • Communicating effectively with creditors, debtors, and stakeholders.
  • Supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting research and analysis as required for case management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong interest in insolvency and restructuring.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach with keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Qualifications:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, law, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or financial role is an advantage.
