Salary: £62,224 - £65,520 per annum D.E.O + Excellent Benefits

Location: St Peter’s, Jersey

Hours: 42 per week, mixed clinical & supernumerary

Clinical Deputy Home Manager Duties:

  • To support the manager in the day-to-day running of the home ensuring compliance and regulations are being met
  • The Clinical Deputy Home Manager will support with recruitment, training, and absence reviews
  • Lead, supervise, and develop a team of nurses and support staff
  • Demonstrate clinical excellence, supporting residents to reach their potential
  • Delegate tasks effectively and identify training needs for staff growth

Clinical Deputy Home Manager Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will hold an active NMC pin
  • The Clinical Deputy Home Manager will have the legal right to work in Jersey.
