Senior Payroll and Benefits Administrator

Up to £45k

Jersey (JE1), with hybrid working

Your experience working in payroll and benefits is highly sought after by our client, who are a leading offshore law firm. They are looking for an experienced Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join their collaborative HR team and play a pivotal role in supporting employees across multiple jurisdictions.

In this role, you’ll coordinate and process monthly and ad-hoc payrolls with meticulous attention to detail. Your expertise will ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with local regulations. You’ll also be at the heart of managing and evolving employee benefits, helping to attract and retain top talent by contributing to renewal processes, promoting benefits, and assisting with implementation projects.

Working closely with HR colleagues, you’ll handle queries from employees and external providers, prepare insightful reports, and ensure everything from salary surveys to statutory returns is completed seamlessly. This is a role for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and delivering exceptional service.
