The position is for an Operations Director or similar role in the financial services sector, based in the Channel Islands (Jersey or Guernsey).

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Senior Manager / Director.

Location - Channel Islands - Guernsey or Jersey

Permanent role

Salary £80,000 - 120,000 + 20% bonus and excellent benefits

(Income tax within the Islands is fixed at 20%)

Housing licence will be provided and assistance with relocation for candidates based outside of the Channel Islands who are looking to relocate to Jersey or Guernsey.

Experience:

Manager or Director level - experience in Head of / Senior Manager level positions (role will have approx. 4 direct reports and 60 indirect)
Focus on building teams, people management, development and mentoring
Stakeholder management skills - will be working at a senior / C level
Exposure to the Financial Services or Insurance (General Insurance / GI / Commercial etc) sector would be advantageous
