The contract is workshop based and you will be in a team of Platers and Welders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging in precise plating work according to project specifications
- Working on carbon steel
- Performing tack welding tasks as required
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Job Requirements:
- Experience in plating, particularly in the marine/oil and gas or other heavy industries
- Proficiency in working with carbon steel materials
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Working Hours and Contract Details:
- Contract duration: 4-6 weeks
- Working hours: 46 hours per week (4x10-hour days and 6 hours on Friday)
- 19/h PAYE plus 2.29 holiday pay which can be accrued or advanced or 25.45/h Umb co
