What you will be doing:

  • Become a super user on the database system, MITAS to support day-to-day tasks and the wider HR team
  • Coordinating the recruitment process for onboarding new staff, using MITAS and Excel spreadsheets to track and organise applicants’ data e.g. gender, ethnicity, age, and qualifications
  • Uploading new job positions onto Indeed and other online advertising portals
  • Maintaining correspondence with applicants for roles via MS Outlook and telephone, writing letters on MS Word and issuing the relevant information to them digitally through MailMerge
  • Collaborating with other departments by coordinating other members of the team’s Outlook diaries and subsequently scheduling meetings via Microsoft Teams
  • Assisting with the management of the HR Support Outlook inbox, to provide first line support when necessary to ensure staff queries are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner

Working week:Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, 35hrs a week.
