About the Role
An established and fast-growing company in Renfrewshire is seeking a dedicated Ventilation Systems Supervisor to join their expert team. You will be responsible for supervising the assessment, commissioning, verification, and maintenance of ventilation systems within the healthcare sector.
As part of your role, you will work closely with healthcare clients to ensure systems meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance. With a commitment to energy efficiency and innovation, you will also play a key part in optimising systems to reduce energy consumption and enhance overall reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Ventilation Systems Supervisor, you will be commissioning, testing, and verifying healthcare ventilation systems.
- As a Ventilation Systems Supervisor, you will be conducting compliance assessments and providing detailed reporting.
- As a Ventilation Systems Supervisor, you will be maintaining and optimising Air Handling Units (AHUs), including integration of energy-efficient technologies.
- As a Ventilation Systems Supervisor, you will be working collaboratively with clients to troubleshoot and resolve ventilation issues.
- As a Ventilation Systems Supervisor, you will be supervising teams to ensure high standards of service and compliance.
Skills and Qualifications
- As a Ventilation Systems Supervisor, you must have CSA grading and proficiency in healthcare ventilation systems, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and best practices.
- As a Ventilation Systems Supervisor, you will have experience with energy-efficient technologies, including EC fans.
- As a Ventilation Systems Supervisor, you will have a proven background in commissioning ventilation systems.
- As a Ventilation Systems Supervisor, you will have strong reporting and communication skills.
- As a Ventilation Systems Supervisor, you will have a full UK driver's license.
