HRC are currently recruiting for trainee support workers to join our team to provide essential care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life. Your responsibilities -

Providing tailored support to individuals with complex needs

Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.

Developing and implementing individualized care plans.

Supporting clients in building social skills and engaging in community activities.

Monitoring and documenting changes in clients' health and behaviours.

Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
