TTS 24-7 Recruitment are supporting a leading provider of waste management solutions, as they expanding their operations department. They are looking for a proactive Logistics Transport Planner to join their Head Office in Houston, Renfrewshire.

About the Role: This permanent, full-time position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Initially working Monday to Friday, you will be an integral part of the Operations team, managing logistics to ensure smooth material movements and effective job planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate transport jobs with precision.
  • Prepare detailed job packs and ensure compliance with VOSA and Working Time Regulations.
  • Process, check, and file all company and client paperwork accurately.
  • Analyse driver information and assist in the completion of invoicing processes.

About You: To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant logistics software (FTA Gateway / Vision, Tachomaster).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and the initiative to work independently.
  • Clear and professional communication skills to liaise across all levels of the business.

Additional Information: Due to limited public transport options, applicants are advised to have their own transport. Free on-site parking is available for team members.
