Junior Accountants: Ideal for candidates starting out in their accountancy career, with basic knowledge of accounting principles and eagerness to learn.
Senior Accountants: Applicants should have experience in managing client portfolios, delivering financial reports, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and accounts
Managing client relationships and offering tailored financial advice
Supporting business clients with budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
Working as part of a collaborative team on projects and client accounts
Assisting with the training and development of junior staff (Senior level)

Qualifications & Skills:

A relevant accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills when liaising with stakeholders of all levels
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
For senior positions: experience in practice is essential
