You’ll be pivotal in designing and operating effective financial policies, processes, systems, and controls.Key Responsibilities will include:Financial Strategy & Reporting:Define and implement our Finance and Treasury strategy. Oversee internal and external financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK GAAP and regulatory requirements.Annual Reports:Lead the production of statutory account disclosures and support the audit process.Financial Planning:Drive the annual financial forecasts, budgeting, and stress testing, ensuring robust financial planning and risk management.Operations & Efficiency:Enhance financial operations, manage daily transactions, and lead cost management initiatives.Risk & Compliance:Develop and maintain a risk management framework, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.Team Leadership:Manage and mentor a small Finance Team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.What we are looking for?Our ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with strong post-qualification experience in a regulated financial services environment.
