Our client based in Keighley are looking to recruit a temporary Finance Assistant to support credit control and purchase ledger as well as invoice processing and Sage functions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with invoice processing, credit control, purchase ledger and intermediate Excel skills.
SHIFT/SALARY:
- This position is TEMPORARY ONLY, working up until January
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00-17:00
- 37.5 hours paid per week
- 13.85 per hour (salary 27,000)
THE ROLE:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Process customer and client invoices
- Support credit control
- Support purchase ledger
- Support production of shipping documents
- Answer customer calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner
THE CANDIDATE:
- Proven experience as a finance assistant
- Proven experience processing invoices
- Experience using Sage
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
