We are pleased to be supporting an excellent, reputable company based in Keighley who are looking for a senior accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is a varied accounts role, reporting into the financial director.

Duties will include

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Weekly payroll - full training to be provided
  • Processing purchase ledger invoices
  • Matching and coding invoices
  • Reconcile the petty cash
  • VAT returns
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Assisting with month end duties including accruals, month end reporting and more.
  • Other ad-hoc duties reporting into the financial director.

Skills:

  • Minimum AAT Level 3 qualification (essential) or equivalent dependent on experience
  • A minimum Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
