About the client:

Our client is known for their exceptional office and furniture installation projects.

Based in Keighley, they are now looking for an Office Administrator to join them to ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

As an Office Administrator, you will:

  • Maintain a productive work environment
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee daily administrative activities
  • Ensure efficient office processes and provide support to staff and management.
  • Assist in Events planning and execution.
  • Greet visitors to the office and act as a welcoming face of the company.

About you:

  • Proven experience within an administrative role in an office environment.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and familiarity with office equipment, software and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organised.
  • Strong attention to detail.
