An excellent opportunity for an Design or Technical Manager with Residential / housing experience to join a renowned luxury private housebuilder in a brand new role, where you will have full autonomy within a progressive company.

This award winning housebuilder specialise in traditional new build housing developments from concept through to completion. They have a reputation for quality builds ensuring the highest quality is maintained throughout the design, build and handover process. Despite the challenges in the residential market this company are thriving due to their high end product. Determined to be a forward thinking, robust company they are now looking for a Design Manager to join the business and improve efficiency of build.

In this role you will be tasked with bridging the gap between construction and Design / technical. Responsibilities will include coordinating Architects and Engineers, overseeing layout designs and liaising with Site teams to ensure efficient build.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Design or Technical expert who has a residential construction background, who is looking for a premium housebuilder in a brand new role where you will implement processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have previous Design or Technical experience, working on residential housing developments, looking for an autonomous role with long term career progression.

* Design or Technical Manager (Residential)
* Coordinating external consultants (Architects, Engineering consultants etc)
* Overseeing layout designs ensuring maximisation of land
* Assistant land and planning ensure viability of potential land

* Good Design, building regulation and section agreement knowledge
* Self-motivated wit good exceptional written and verbal communication skills
