The Role

As our Bookkeeper and Admin Support, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and financial processes during a maternity cover period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
  • Maintain and organise personnel, financial, and order files.
  • Process weekly payroll and invoices.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, couriers, and freight forwarders.
  • Track office supplies and place orders with management approval.
  • Support colleagues across departments with administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with the production team to arrange shipping and keep customers updated on order statuses.

  • 36 hours per week (7:30am - 4:00pm Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 12:00pm Friday).

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. About you:

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly responsible and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
  • Experience with SAGE software (Sage 200 preferred, Sage 50 acceptable) is desirable.
  • At least one year of experience in a bookkeeping or financial role is desirable.
