We are seeking an Account Manager to join an award-winning company based in Bradford. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to manage client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. The Account Manager will need excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products/services, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products/services
  • Monitor and analyse client performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
  • Visit clients on a monthly/quarterly basis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
