Determined to be a forward thinking, robust company they are now looking for a Design Manager to join the business and improve efficiency of build.
In this role you will be tasked with bridging the gap between construction and Design / technical. Responsibilities will include coordinating Architects and Engineers, overseeing layout designs and liaising with Site teams to ensure efficient build.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Design or Technical expert who has a residential construction background, who is looking for a premium housebuilder in a brand new role where you will implement processes and procedures.The ideal candidate will have previous Design or Technical experience, working on residential housing developments, looking for an autonomous role with long term career progression.
