Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working with a leading employer in North Bradford to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor.
Reporting into the Customer Service Manager your responsibilities will involve
- To process daily shipments through our ERP system and ship / invoice goods
- Create returns / replacements through the ERP system
- Log and pick up customer complaints through the systemand ensuring complaints are acknowledged / completed within a timely manner
- To liaise with manufacturing teams to progress orders on customers behalf.
- Assist and Lead various weekly update calls with Customers
- Cover incoming business calls coming into the Site
- Prepare all export documentation / certification relevant to shipments
- General admin duties i.e. word / excel / outlook
- To support & assist Quality department with documentation and general admin when required
- Encourage good customer relationships throughout the team
- To become multifunctional within the Customer Service team in order to provide cover / or assistance where necessary.
- Any other duties within the Customer Service team
